if oil is going to start flowing from Iraq the Iraqi people should decide who they will and will not supply oil to. We all know the first order of business for the Bushies will be to start pumping oil into Israel. Before they do they need to ask the Iraqi people if they are ok with that. THe Iraqi''s need to put a policy in effect that sends crude to the U.S. at discounted prices but makes all other nations pay market price. This would help our economy and they owe us.
