"Ice, you also make my point. You and I read the same story. I see progress and am feel good about the improvement. You are angry."

You"d be angry too, if you were a patriot.

"Improvements" like this, after 4 years of war, are a slap in the face to the families of dead American troops.

dontb1,,,,, There was no paln to to into Iraq, there was no plan what to do when we got there --- No plan, is a plan to fail --
--- The best anyone could ever hope to get out of this mess is somewhat of an accomidation of when we can leave, & decades of paying for the damages

J, the 75,000 armed and deputized Sunnis have created peace in their little slice of heaven (and electricity).

Don''t forget the Iraqi Army is working side by side with the Sunnis.....

Dubya''s time line is coming together and he will be ready to hand over to the next President with his projects all completed.

BTW, Hillary is not looking as much of a sure thing as I thought. I can not believe Obama has a chance but it is shaping up that was.

dont1,,,, For there to be infrastructure (wich this administration has been only great at destroying at home) there 1st has to be a functioning government in Iraq --- It''s totally missing juat as before, with even less likelyhood reconcilliation ----- Especially with 75,000 Armed Sunni''s who all want the government destroyed -----
------ Get off the Rosey picture pal... You couldn''t paint one for Iraq with a CoralDraw Paint program.

J, Iraqi deaths are down to 10% of what they were. Still too high but they were outrageous.

Security begets infrastructure begets government begets a flourishing society.

Think about the headline, Iraq Violence At Lowest Levels In 2 Years,, It''s hyped ---- We didn''t count Iraq violence in the numbers untill the surge started, & now it''s long over, & there is some we still don''t include.

j, no distribution law signed but distribution is going on and has been going on for some time. Been reported by numerous news sources. I suspect this is some cultural thing that the law follows the actual.

You got to get off that myopic liberal news sources and branch out. Feel alive! There is a big world out there!!
