American puppet Barzani supporting PKK terrorists; it''s hard to believe Maliki will do anything against them. Turkey is being attacked by PKK and noone is doing anything to stop it. Oh, maybe one thing: Warning (threatening) Turkey not to enter North Iraq.

Re: "$1.2 billion contract for Iraqi police training that it can''t tell what it got for the money spent...inappropriately to contractor DynCorp.

Squandered another $1.2 billion on the terrorists-for-rent and child trafficers at DynCorp, did we?

In this country (the US), the oath taken, and the use of a book are at the option of the person taking the oath. There is NO requirement that a person giving testimony in a US court swear any kind of oath or use any kind of book. Period. Not since 1961.

Absolutely. As an atheist if I were to testify in court I could legally refuse to swear any oath at all and can certainly refuse to swear to a god that doesn''t exist. in spite of the efforts of the right wing christian lunatic fringe this is still a secular nation, not a christian one.

American ppl using blood when driving car instead of petrol. How many civils is killed because of American petrol politics in Middle East. American ppl is talking about a dream,I think this dream is like; Killing arabian ppl and calling them barbarians, using their petrol, torturing them with "freedom" slogan and being happy to live rich in america with using arabians as slaves. When american ppl used to eat uncooked meat, arabian ppl were writing books in libraries. In the new age, the barbarian definition has changed, the new barbarians are americans that exploiting poors unmercyful.

Re: "Six civilians and five military aged men were killed."

###

"Our Troops" just slaughtered 11 more Iraqi civilians in our lie-based self-defeating war of aggression, with a helicopter!

Smells like "freedom"!

Thank you CBS, for not describing this event as cowardly mass-murder!

That might sound bad!

Go team!!!

zootallures2 -

"But you can''''t be in the government if you don''''t believe in God."

US Constitution - Article VI

"...The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."

No one is required to swear on the Bible.

A YouTube video called "Employees Expose FOX NEWS Distortions" contains an interesting internal memo from Fox News headquarters.
The memo, dated March 23, 2004, says:"The so-called 9/11 Commission has already been meeting. In fact, this is its eighth session. The fact that former Clinton and both former and current Bush administration officials are testifying gives it a certain tension, but this is not ''what did he know and when did he know it'' stuff. Don''t turn this into Watergate"
