Ya, Patreus ain''t gonna tell him somethings wrong. Two reasons, 1) He''s a politician. And 2) "We don''t nationbuild".

From Bush''s point of view, the Surge IS working.

It''s preventing a collapse in Iraq until he''s safely out of office.

Then when it happens, when his successor withdraws the troops, the Bush surrogates will argue vociferously, that if this successor had just stayed the course, as Dubya did, America would have "won" in Iraq.

So the Surge is working, in that sense.

Then we''ve got the one from the Emerald City ---- Somewhere over the oilwell,
Skies are blue
And the dreams that you dare to dream
Realy do come true, if you spin it

"...will jeopardize the limited security and political progress made so far,..."

What security do they talk about, when at best those competing in the power struggle will simply push, or wait the US out, (400 US lives and $50 billion so far, and counting) then resume it until it is settled amongst themselves?

What political progress has been made, when the Iraqis will never accept a puppet government imposed by a hostile force that lied its'' way into invasion, kidnapped, tortured, and killed in numbers the invaders dare not to count?

Bush has yet to explain his claim that we are "winning" or "the surge is working", these utterances have no meaning at best, and are lies at most.

The Osama tape is further proof that he in fact is a Bush puppet, the timing designed to embolden the warmongers'' false case, in combination with a Bush dictated Petraeus report.

America, this man is killing our children, along with innocent Iraqis, for profit. His own, not ours...

"I would have chosen "Still Crazy After All These Years", but "Slip Sliding Away" is good too."

Both those are awesome. But I got his new one, "Rythme of the Saints"? And I don''t like it very much.

We was all on the cover of Newsweek.

Me and Julio down by the schoolyard.

You can''t hide your lyin'' eyes
And your smile is a thin disguise
I thought by now you''d realize
There ain''t no way to hide your lyin eyes.
