Who stands to gain by bombing people who are completely uninvolved in the illegal war of aggression in Iraq?

The Sunnis? The Shiites? "al-Qaeda"?

Hardly. They anly obvious benefactors of this kind of terrorist act are the members and arse-lickers of the Bush regime.

This kind of act appears to be designed to divide the Iraqis as much as possible, terrorize as many of them as posible into cooperating with the brutal and illegal invasion, to conflate the fair-tales about "al-Qaeda-in-Iraq", and to provide a justification for continuing the brutal occupation, where no such justification exists.

There is no reason to believe that this attack is anything other than a U.S. sponsored black-back effort.
