Two mens horses were very tired and suffering from dehydration, One man thought he was the master of the horse and proceeded to whip and yell at the horse towards the water whereas the horse rebelled kicking and running away from his master.The other man realizing that his horse was not only dehydrated but tired coaxed his horse with a carrot just slightly out of the horse reach until the horse reached the water. At that point the man gave the horse the carrot. The horse drank water and was allowed to rest allowing the man to ride the horse to his end destination whereas the first man after walking many miles in the cold died.

Probably correct in some contigency 50,000 to 60,000 if all reports are correct. Who is to say that it will be Iraq? and not three states? Everything is headed in that direction.
