- Hey di*ckweed you asked for a source so I told you where I heard it from. If you can't believe the uber-conservative Pat Buchanan then go do your own online research or quit bi*tching. So far all you seem to be doing is being a waste of space and air.

ooohh, now I belive it. Why do the LIBS resort to outright LIES while the tritorous LIB leaders can't fund our fighting men and women in HARM's WAY and undermine our diplomatic stance while chatting it up with the terrorists!

That's OK, Big Brother Bush has lot's of buddies in the war contracting business who'll be happy to sell the US as many helicopters as the Iraqi insurgents can shoot down...at a nice profit margin of course. I mean we mustn't forget that profit is the reason Bush started this whole war after all. As for the crews that die in these "crashes"? Well Bush can always get back on TV, wave the flag and try again (as he's been doing the last few days) to connect this war for profit in Iraq with 9-11 and then he'll always convince a few more teary-eyed supporters to send their kids of to die in his criminal enterprise. - Reply to this comment
- Why don't they ever report the good things going on in Iraq?
Al-Basrah just installed new extention cords and now they have 3 amps power per block.
Arb%u012Bl has worked with US military construction engineers, and have invented a rolling gas can for much easier trips back to the car if you run out of gas.
Dh%u012B Qar has just recieved a new version of the Trophy Systems from Israel that works on fruit and vegetable stands.
Babil and genetic engineers from South Africa are close to testing new flame proof dates.

Drunk or stoned somewhere. Whoever Rove assigned to keeping them and their trust fund brat behavior hidden from the public eye is doing a pretty good job of it. Except of course for several months ago when they were thrown out (excuse me...asked to leave...) Argentina for partying too much and embarrassing themselves. You know back in the day I used to party a lot and was even thrown out of a bar or two, but I never heard of anyone who partied so hard they got thrown out of a whole country! - Reply to this comment

- To dallison7...I am not saying you are wrong but could you quote the authority you cite for Bush's paper on the Constitution. I have a conservative radio friend that I want to confront it with. Please cite first hand authority if you can. Thanks.
As to the Brits....They did handle the 15 sailor/marine crisis well. But they have announced plans to withdraw 1/2 of their troops from Iraq Basra area and withdraw the rest in 2008 because Basra was relatively "quiet". I wonder what today's Brit death toll will do to their plans. - Reply to this comment

- Sorry for the soldiers, MAIMED CAN BE WORSE THAN DEAD as McCLELLAND WOULD AGREE - BUT NINE BLACK HAWK HELICOPTERS LOST IN 2007 equals 9.5 MILLION DOLLARS times 9 = 100 MILLION DOLLARS - This war that was supposed to end in HOURS has MAIMED, KILLED HUNDREDS OF THOUSAND U.S. SOLDIERS and IRAQI CITIZENS - to the tune of $5 billion dollars add to that the price of AFGHANISTAN - When Kerry STATED IN 2002 THAT THIS WAR WOULD COST 200MILLION DOLLARS IN THE FIRST YEAR - Georgie RIDICULED ALL WHO THOUGHT THIS AMOUNT POSSIBLE - WISH THE U.S. COULD GET BACK FOR ALL GWs MISINFORMATION that got the U.S. here today!

- Republican Congressional leaders filed into the Oval Office to meet with President George W. Bush and talk about renewing the controversial USA Patriot Act.
Several provisions of the act, passed in the shell shocked period immediately following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, caused enough anger that liberal groups like the American Civil Liberties Union had joined forces with prominent conservatives like Phyllis Schlafly and Bob Barr to oppose renewal.
GOP leaders told Bush that his hardcore push to renew the more onerous provisions of the act could further alienate conservatives still mad at the President from his botched attempt to nominate White House Counsel Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court.
"I don't give a *******," Bush retorted. "I'm the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way."
"Mr. President," one aide in the meeting said. "There is a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution."
"Stop throwing the Constitution in my face," Bush screamed back. "It's just a ******* piece of paper!"

I never stated that I supported the war in Iraq nor the invasion in the first place, did I? I was pointing out the hypocrisy of the hawks of '98 being the doves of '07 and liberals refuse to call them on it.
What I take from your rediculous statement is that they said it but they didn't really mean it and that's OK. I raised to believe that you say what you mean and you mean what you say. Not propogandic flip flop to appease voters. - Reply to this comment

- My point was that Bush's "cherry picked" intelligence was the same that was spouted by Nancy Pelosi, Sandy Berger, Madeline Albright ,and Bill Clinton in 1998 and confirmed by Hillary Clinton in '03.
It seems to me that you are cherry picking the data you use to debate. I'm simply posting was said in public and on the record.
