What do you think the so called Shiite vs. Sunni is about in Iraq. It is about control of the oil, more than anything else. But do you remember the Arab nations kicking out the Palestinians in the 70's , 80's and 90's ?

Radio,, You're right I should look it up, I will certainly doubt any info coming out of conservative institutes & this administration,, They've contrived their own numbers on every thing..... I'm wrapped up in this Iraq problem & our own, for now... It just pisses me off, that anyone thinks war is ever an answer to the problems.

The sarge is the one that got me researhing it all. Quite a discovery and eye opening it has been.War is never the answer and it only a last ditch when nothing else works.

, Yes, I'm not arguing with you, We pretty see eye to eye on a lot of issues. But these problems have been festering since the 40's probably in WW 1 as well..
. Who's got the answer ?? Personally I think either give them the same toys of destruction we allow Isreal to use, or take Isreal's toys away.. That would at least put them on even footing.
. I do know what Bush has done is escellate the problems.. Isn't Isreal's navy still blockading them ??

The blockade was over in September.And yes this administration has done little to nothing to alleviate the problem between the Israelis and the Palestinians. Would you give money to Hamas and honestly believe that they would use it for the security? I do not normally defend the admin. but I would not give money to Hamas for any reason. It is a terrorist org., How come the Arab brothers of Palestine have not armed them with modern weapons? Do they really care about the Palesinians. How many times over the last 60 years have Arab nations kicked out the Palestinians. Did you forget about that J? I remember Jordan, Saudia Arabia, Eygpt, kicking out the "refugees", to much of a drain on their economies.
