I hope the participation in Baghadad meeting of Iran, US & Syria & others would be a stepping stone in bringing peace to Iraq. The process should continue even if there are differences among the participants. Agreeing to talk of the trio(US,Iraq & Iraq) by itself is a great move towards peace in the region.

I told you this was going to happen....there will be a thaw in the near future....There is no way we will go to war with them...two carrier battle groups don't mind war....that's just a reminder of our assets....as i said previously.........be concerned when 4 or more battle groups are there...if it gets to six...it's coming....but no other assets have been moved...so no real plans in the offing....generally in most administrations..diplomacy takes over...in the second four years...

there will be a thaw....so two out of the three axis of evil countries will be addresed via diplomacy

Ahmadinejad really has very little power after the last elections in Iran. And in case you righties don't know: the majority of Iran's population is under 35 and very westernized. To start a war with Iran would be a colossal mistake.

Remember that diplomacy was practiced by every modern era president before this one. We'd better be praying to God that this works.
