- I just have to make one more comment. I certainly hope that every single terrorist in the world is bottled up in Iraq, as the govt. leads us to believe. I hope there aren't more in other countries and other places. The way I see it, we are sending all of our finest and best, squeezing every last one of them out, to fight in this rediculous war, thousands of miles away. Who is guarding the back door here in the states? I mean isn't our back door standing wide open? I know the answer is going to be, we have many more troups stationed right here at home to take care of that...but I can't forget how long it took for soldiers to come from Iraq to guard New Orleans. It's just something I wonder from time to time.

Oh, you tell a soldier whose arms were blown off, especially those in VA hospitals who despite it all still support what we're doing that it is better to surrender to Al Qaeda and the Iranians? Right. Or do you win the war.
The latter is the right thing to do. Not the former.
As for Cliton the Perv and Draft Dodger starting all this, wrong again. The roots go back decades, but its more recent starting point was when the Saudi-loving Coward and Bigoted Liar and Peanut Farmer known as James Earl Carter chose to abandon the Shah over the Human Rights he gave the House of Saud a pass on - and allowed the Islamonazis to take over Iran.
Carter could have turned Tehran into a radioactive paved parking lot but chose to wring his hands when the bast-ards seized our Embassy.
This gave aid and comfort to those like Bin Laden awaiting in the wings. Other mistakes, even a few by Republican Presidents (Reagan, for example as great as he was should have bombed Damascus after the Marine barracks bombing), but acerbated by Cliton's rush to bombing Belgrade while totally ignoring Bin Laden only made matters worse.

All real Americans love the sting of battle. When you were kids, you all admired the champion marble shooter, the fastest runner, big league ball players, the toughest boxers. - I don't think if you were to walk up to a soldier in Iraq, that had just had both legs, and an arm blown off...and stood there and said, you know, this is all because of clinton, and something blah blah did, and something blah blah didn't do. I don't think they are going to care. I really don't. I think they would be more concerned about here and now, and why we have allowed them, presently, to be in the sitiuation for it to happen. I think they would be blaming the people, the nation, and the present govt. that was standing right in front of them at the moment. BRING THE SOLDIERS HOME and end this freak show.

Heck, they were and are more concerned with the plight of the law-breaking, America-disdaining ILLEGAL aliens who won't speak a word of English or even get their kids on board then they ever were with our Vets. You choose to hurl insults and perhaps half-truths at Republicans, but the fact of the matter is that the Draft Dodging Pervert, the Botox girl and ILLEGAL cheerleader, traitor Murtha, the EX-Marine, and others in the Demonrat and Surrender Monkey party did absolutely nothing at all for VA hospitals or to succor our veterans.
The Clitonites and the Carterites knew how to insult uniformed personnel and decorated officers, yet they fell all over themselves to exonerate Draft Dodgers and those who fled to other countries during Vietnam. Which is the same thing traitor Murtha and Jimmy Webb would do for those who refuse to serve in Iraq or Afghanistan. - Isn't The First Amendment Great? Everyone can get on here and have their say. So while we can all speculate on the politics and games inside the Beltway what is the real deal? Neither Bush nor Cheney are Roosevelt, Eisenhower or Kennedy or anything even remotely similar. They have no more regard for the young men or women they put in harms way then they do for caring for them when they are seriously injured and have to return home. Look at what they did with the Military and Veterans Hospitals. Rumsfeld said it would save a lot of money! When these guys want to save money rest assured it will not be at the expense of their wealthy or corporate benefactors. While they ask for hundreds of billions for the war in Iraq the soldiers there have a hard time getting adequate body and vehicle armor. Would that be the case if the big guns like Halliburton on Lockheed Martin were making the stuff? Recall that Eisenhower speech when he warned about the dangers of the Military Industrial Complex %u2013 Here We Are!

But I'm not sure if anyone of the surrender monkeys grasp the fact that hostilies have existed since 9/11 or even before then.
Oh, they'll point Bin Laden - the fact is that even if it were so, and that Saddam didn't have ties to Al Qaeda (as if a terrorist centre where Al Qaeda and others trained called Salman Pak never existed), more than likely they'd still advocate a pullout from Afghanistan.
The surrender monkeys scream "Tora Bora" but even now they want us to appease an Iran that openly supports terrorism and is going full-tilt in developing WMD directed at Israel - and at US!

- I continue to read all this Republican blather, about, he said, she said, he did, she did, from things years ago, that has no bearing on us now...and it's all so totally mindless. The truth is, WAR IS BAD, and it's especially bad, when the war being fought has no clear cut edges. I just simply can't believe that people are losing sleep because Britney might be a druggy, but nobody seems to care that our children are being slaughtered day to day, in a country that, personally, I don't give a sh** about. Where in the he** is Iraq anyway? They can kill each other after we leave until there isn't a single one left, for all I care. WE JUST NEED TO GET OUR BOYS AND GIRLS HOME.
