OK, does this sound to anyone else like the closest an active general can come to saying that the surge concept is a bunch of bull? By sending the extra troops home as quickly as possible?

The 'fact' that most scientists are athiests is a lie. Every poll I've seen puts the number somewhere between 70-80 percent OF SCIENTISTS believe in God. Whatever that has to do with anything.

Out of Iraq, immediately!

No excuses!

Try/convict the Bush regime, and reclaim some dignity!

I accept it as fact because it can be proven though several means. Archeological evidence, radio-carbon dating, etc. Far superior to somebody's say-so, in my perspective.

You can ignore factual evidence to obtain your warm-fuzzy if that's your preference. I live in the real world, not that of fairy tales.

And now a message to our troops:

"Do not fight for a dying regime. It is not worth your life."

Refuse to participate in the Bush terror crusade. It is your sworn duty and supreme obligation.

Rafterman1-

Remember, "they" are God's chosen and must illuminate us and relieve us from our ignorance, bro.

It's not arrogance to them, it's their mission in life.

"You've been added to the prayer list"

Wow. To be so sure you are right and everyone else is wrong that you feel the need to pray for them is the height of pride and arrogance. Isn't excessive pride condemned in the Bible?

My pleasure, I was proud to have served.

In regards to science, repeatable confirmable processes are not faith, they are provable fact.

For example, that the planet is over 3,000,000,000,000 years old, not 6,000 as the Bible states.

Big difference between scientific fact, and religious faith, bro. Day and night.

If it's real, why is it sold on "faith", rather than "fact"? Think about it.

The fact that Rice, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Gates and Bush himself have to make secret trips to Iraq and announce after the fact that they're there shows how much progress we're making in securing Iraq.

Funny too how they keep saying that were not going to "cut and run" like we did in Vietnam when it fell to communism, but Bush was able to travel there a few months back on a much publicized trip. It must be safe for him to do that - so I guess a tactical withdrawal could lead to success. Right?

I would say go to hell, but it doesn't exist. If it did then most "christians" would end up there.

singinrick,

It is sad that you choose to live your life based on a book of fables, produced by a power hungry death-cult.

Try thinking for yourself. Right and wrong are not that elusive.

"Do unto others...", and all that, eh?

Not unlike your puppet-Fuhrer, you smell of sulphur.
