I can't figure out how anyone could be duped into fighting for freedom for muslims while we don't even have freedom or fair elections in our own country. Take the last presidential election for instance, Bush Vs. his 3rd Cousin and Skull and bone blood brother John Kerry... and you people call this dog and pony show a fair election, which billionaire will you vote for my friend? Do you think these people actually represent any of us? What a bunch of fools...

feelfree1,

It's an obligation for all and everyone of us. No doubt about it. Noble missions such as speaking out, are a duty on Humans with no distinction of race, age, religion or nationality.

Your contribution to this blog is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I have nothing against the troops, I just wish they'd uphold their oath and restore the american constitution.

feelfree1 Sez;

"They have every right to try to defend themselves from the brutal invaders".

Your true colors and hatred of our American troops finally comes out from behind all your numbers, smoke and mirrors.

While I am not surprised that the Iraqis are defending themselves, we would do the same, I, unlike you, do not support them.

To elgraz, and the other Bush-puppet bobble-heads:

This could be an excellent opportunity for you to salvage some of your dignity. Instead of lashing out with blind hatred, fear, and ignorance, please consider casting aside your chains of oppression, openinging your hearts and minds, and re-joining the human race.

I have seen several posters here and elsewhere, who have demonstrated the integrity to admit their mistakes and to modify their positions accordingly. This is a very encouraging sign.

A New Year is inviting you to make a fresh start!

No *** elgraz, kind of like all those millions of illegal aliens that the republicans and democrats have let invade our country while purporting to fight a "War on Terror" meanwhile these illegals are killing 25 americans a day on average according to Iowa congressman Steve King. 13 by drunken driving, and 12 by gunshots and stabbings. I live in a rural low - no crime area and one of the democrats and republicans illegals stabbed a 19 year old girl 20 times in the face and upper body and murdered her in the little town up the road. Why don't you have your bogus politicians go tell her family how much safer they are since they started their phony war on terror and let 30 million foreign invaders into our country... lets defend Iraqs borders instead of our own, lets create freedom for iraqis while destroying our own, and lets rebuild iraq with americas money while our own infrastructure crumbles... Elgraz you support a bunch of traitors in D.C.... are you a patriotic american or a patriotic Iraqi?

They should have taken the corpse of Saddam and thrown it into the common graves of his victims.
May he suffer in Hell for eternity, that monster.

To our troops:

"Do not fight for a dying regime. It is not worth your life."

There is nothing to be gained by cooperating in the criminal Bush League war of aggression against Iraq. Please consider joining your fellow service men and women who are refusing to serve the illegitimate Bush-puppet in his megalomaniacal campaign of misery against the people of the world.

The only true U.S. military heroes of the disgraceful and crippling U.S. military and moral defeat in Iraq, in my opinion, are those who refuse to participate in it.

I urge you to join them. Support is available.

No man should critize another unless he walks 10,000 miles in that man,s shoes...Native American saying. Muslims - Sunni, Shia, Kurds; Jews; Chinese; Indians; Libyans; Egyptians; Native Americans - none have ever experienced the same culture that evolved in early Europe and later in America! GW Bush presented the idea of Democracy without realizing no Iraqi would understand what it meant immediately to practice it!
The Media CRITICIZES the Muslim culture unable to try to understand it; the Media today CONDONES the acts that brought death to Saddam...
Please note that THOUSANDS OF IRAQIS made it to Saddam's burial ground today inspite of curfew or restrictions -- WHILE IN USA GERALD FORD'S CASKET WAS CARRIED INTO THE CAPITOL with GW Bush vacationing in Texas and only 25 Congress members attending with 20 US MOURNERS who CAME TO THE CAPITOL!
LIBYA CANCELLED IT'S EID HAJJ CELEBRATIONS TODAY!
Who is MORE CIVILIZED OR CARING - US or Muslim???

SharnCedar,
don't break your balls with A$$HOLE elgraz thing... He's unable to understand what we write and think. This is an emotion deprived guy raised in total ignorance of logics and out of his mind.

Put a gun, a bottle of beer in his hands and see angels falling down from the sky... Luckily he's retired, so he can only use his butt-pressured gas as projectile. He only downs stinky smoke.

We have decimated Iraq in a bid to set up a democracy and that actually was our most laudable intention. The oil thing and perhaps personal revenge were the true impetus for this disaster. The Iraqi's had stability under Saddam despite his despotism and now all they have is daily desperation to stay alive. Iraq is in horrible upheaval because a profligate and spoiled American whose only claim to fame was name recognition was allowed into the White House.

Quote: "Nothing really changes," said Capt. Dave Eastburn, 30. "The militias run everything now, not Saddam."

---

This is justice for the many he killed during his reign, but this doesn't solve our problems at all... There are Saddam wanna be(s) waiting in the wings to swoop in and take control.

Iraq is a free for all.
