http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9njHHyRI7g http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W_pgfWK3sxw ---------------------- This points to one conclusion. Romney either lied to the SEC (a felony) or lied to the State of Mass. and then lied again when he filed his Financial Disclosure Report (a felony) with the Federal Elections Commission. So what is it?
Shall we cut and paste talking points on Obama's flip flops not the least of which included this stance on multiple parts of the Bush doctrine that he eventually adopted if not codified? What about going after big bad Wall St. except they are doing better than ever and YOUR DOJ is too busy walking guns to prosecute anyone on Wall St. This in spite of Wall St. types nearly collapsing the economy.
I love how you use out of context facts and talking points to make your "case." I would reply with a list of Obama's lies but the list would be too long. All I know is that the Middle East is about to blow up and Obama has no time to meet with ANY heads of state when he is in NY but he does have time to be on the View. That tells me all I need to know about my president.
Ask the Democratic party why they funded attack ads against moderate Republicans during the GOP primary to benefit Todd Akin. They felt so strongly about women's bodies that they gambled on putting a nutbar in the senate to save Claire McCaskill's seat. In spite of Akin dropping a bomb on his own campaign and the GOP yanking his funding, he still stands a chance. Thank the Democratic party for their strong commitment to women's issues.
No, and men are not allowed to pee anywhere in public (that is, others control their bodies) nor other personal maneuvers, just as an example, in public. The question is really whether women can control their own bodies at tax-payer expense. (Is that you, Fluke?) Also, what about the rights or the unborn? I am sure THEY would like to control their own bodies too. Oh! But they cannot vote, so they don't count at all?
I usually dont stoop so low as educating posters but just this once I will school you clowns on Womens rights. First I am not a Woman which gives me less knowledge and more power to speak on this issue. The gender dynamics in this country dictate the treatment of women just like every other country in the world. We are not as extreme as some countries however we are extremely guilty of oppressing women. Rape in the military is an example of this. Over 90% of the crimes committed against women are committed by men. more than 1 out of ten women will be raped. As far as birth control and other things like ultra sounds and pregnancy we as a country have the power to argue over whether it is right or wrong. That is a sure sign of oppression. If there is an argument about your rights then you are oppressed. However most men are not given the opportunity to take classes in Universities on this subject like I have. We are usually given a set of values that allow us to continue on in ignorance. An example of this would be the fact that there is no Woman on the ballot for the presidency. This is not right or wrong politically but since women make up half of the electorate they are underrepresented. I am not proposing a reaction to this I am just hoping to raise awareness. Women are mistreated globally at varying extremes from rape in the Congo to birth control and abortion in Mississippi. I am not comparing birth control to rape I am simply placing them all on a spectrum of issues that disproportionately affect women. Not because Women did anything wrong or have more or less faith but because they have less power even in places of worship globally and locally. So even if you use religion to back up your beliefs I would sincerely ask you to admit that women are oppressed as you oppress them. Rob Wilson
BHO said Israel is one of America's closest allies in region. Try telling that to your spouse -- you are one of my favorites. I thought Jewish State of Israel and USA were BFFs. Time for a divorce
He sounds like a glib used car salesman, which is an insult to all used car salesmen.
Fool the American people one, fool them twice, three times, gosh nows, how many times more?
How many times have you flip-flopped, Mr. Romney?
Are you honest? Then why won't you show your tax returns, like everyone else? Why did you sign your SEC documents about Bain one way and tell the American people another thing?
Why did you talk smack about half the USA behind their backs?
You are a two-faced liar, tax cheat, and perjurer of your SEC documents.
I believe this segment did exactly what is was meant to do. Both interviews were conducted, maybe even constructed, for you to get a better understand of the candidates. No real surprises, in a calm intimate setting. If you saw a bias view, then that was your own bias view. If you start out bias, the outcome will be bias. You only know, what you know or in this case, what you want to see. What I gather from these comments is that there is no "undecided" or "swing" voter. The decision is made and they are just waiting for election day. So, if you only see one side, stay on that side and listen to your candidate for inspiration. Be proud of your choice. It was yours and yours alone. There is no need to justify it, if it is a sound vote.
Bowie Badu, I totally agree with your assessment. Many who watch and follow the election have made their decision and glean the information from the different campaigns to confirm that opinion. That is not a bad thing but it ironic that they don't seem to see that is what they are doing when they are writing their comments.
I see obama is still blaming Bush and the Republicans for his failures. I was really impressed with Romney's plan. Vote to get our America back! Vote Romney/Ryan Vote for FREEDOM!
His plan to reduce his personal taxes burden? Yes, that's truly impressive boldface self-serving. His plan to create jobs ... cutting government jobs - police, military and public service employees ... hmmm? So why does this increase employment, perhaps the very rich will start to employ their own paramilitary services - what an attractive future he paints.
It was absolutely infantile of the President to infer that Romney wants to "start another war", simply because he disagrees with the administration's foreign policy. This president needs to toughen up a little bit, and stop getting his little feelings hurt every time someone criticizes him. If nothing else, Romney reminded us of the proper bearing and demeanor for the leader of the free world. His criticisms of the President were on policy and substance, and his responses to questions about things the President has said about him were thoughtful and clear, not snarky one-liners.
