- Deepak is fortunate. He does not have to worry about coming down with cancer because he can cure himself by using his quiet mind, making a full recovery. On the other hand, it would be sad if his quiet mind did not work as he advises. When a loved one dies of cancer, Deepak and we can say, 'well, our loved one obviously did not have a 'quiet mind'.
