Mr Sandusky,

What is happening now is not by chance but a humble opportunity for you to come clean.
Earthly justice is subjective and can be often manipulated by man.

It is my hope that some how you will read this and that you will humble yourself and get help with your sexual addiction to child porn and the other things that pull you down. You were never meant to live this way.
You need inner healing and deliverance and that will be the only way to find true freedom from sin and God can restore you back into coaching with time!
These are a few folks who God flows through to help set you free with your honesty.

Tough stuff to watch. I'm glad I didn't have to serve on this one.

There were so many different victims from so many differnt backgrounds it's difficult for me to believe there is some sort of conspiracy to extort money or gain vengence among the lot of those who have testified. But don't go off thinking a conviction is a slam dunk. It isn't.

Nor should anyone think life will ever be the same for Sandusky (or his prey) if he beats this. A civil suit is virtually guaranteed regardless of the outcome and the criterion for conviction in civil cases is a lot less strict.

"It ain't over 'til it's over" (a phrase attibuted to Yogi Berra) but in this case the residuals will linger long after "it's over".

Sandusky's lawyers rolled the dice when they decided to go to trial instead of taking the best they could get in a plea bargain. The testimony given by the victims has been devastating, and his lawyers knew it was coming. They may have been hoping that one of the jurors having a direct or indirect relationship with Penn State would fear retaliation if they voted to convict. But that is a two sword; some of the jurors are probably mad at Sandusky for tarnishing the reputation of Penn State or Joe Paterno.
