Racist, could you please look that word up and let the meaning linger in your small brain. the only reason half of you are on this post, is the fact that.Trayvon was black, you are so thrill that a black kid got killed you don't no what to do. and especially that it was a black male. and you no I'm right. that's the sad part.
Why would this idiot (which he has shown himself to be) have a gun ... at best he would have gotten his ass kicked for following someone like he was a criminal when in fact he was not!!!!
If Zimmerman had stood down like he was told ... we wouldn't have had a death!
If they haven't already, the family of the dead person should sue the residential complex!!!! Definite rules were not followed ......
Really ! I heard this on the first week of the medias lynching of Zimmerman. You media types are sickening. obummer is taking our Constitutional rights, and it will only be a matter of time, before he takes the medias away as well. God have mercy on your souls.
Imagine YOUR kid PAYS FOR his CANDY and DRINK... He is walking home and a GROWN MAN starts following him... then starts chasing him and then pulls a gun on him... All Mr. Zimmerman had to do has listen to the 911 operator who SAID stop chasing him... Are we all forgetting the kid did NOTHING WRONG.. CBS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED of this VIDEO... I am so ashamed of you...
I question what Zimmerman may have done that made Trayvon even notice him. Did Zimmerman call him over to him, or follow him around the neighborhood when the Police explicitly told him to back off? Clearly, Zimmerman had put himself into a situation he had no authority to do so. Not that my questions are siding with either, I'm just asking, but it's difficult without real evidence.
I don't buy it. I believe he had someone punch him in the face or did it himself. We would have heard about this before if he'd had a real broken nose and there was a real fight. The girlfriend would have heard about it being that she was on the other end of the phone!! Knowing he's gonna spend the rest of his life in jail for murder, I'm sure he would have broken his own nose. I get the distinct impression from everything so far that Zimmerman is a complete liar. Trayvon isn't here to defend himself. The girlfriend was on the phone and heard everything. I hope someone competent will be defending him!!!!! Zimmerman isn't a cop and doesn't have the right as a neighborhood watch anything to go around shooting and killing people he's suspicious of. Who died and made him God or the law. Oh, that's right , NOBODY! Zimmerman had no business murdering anyone, taking the law into his own hands regardless of ANYTHING. They were out on the street, the cops should have been called initially and they weren't. Zimmerman MURDERED someone and needs to pay like everyone else who does that. He's a sicko who MURDERED SOMEONE. I don't CARE what he thought about anything, HE WAS FOLLOWING A KID AROUND WITH A LOADED GUN! He murdered someone. Give me a break about his stupid bloody or broken nose. That was probably self inflicted to avoid having to go to prison.
In California, if someone throws a punch at you, you are justified in killing him to prevent him from hitting you. Here's the self-defense requirements.
1. You reasonably believe that you are in imminent danger of being killed, seriously injured, or unlawfully touched,
2. You believe that immediate force is necessary to prevent that danger, and
3. You use no more force than necessary to defend against that danger.
In THE PEOPLE v. SETH CRAVENS (Calif. Supreme Ct. #S186661, decided January 30, 2012, the Court held that a single punch constituted a threat imminent danger of killing someone.
Here's what the Court said about the one-punch fight: the jury was entitled to infer defendant's subjective awareness that his conduct endangered Kauanui's life from the circumstances of the attack alone, the natural consequences of which were dangerous to human life. (People v. Gray (2005) 37 Cal.4th 168, 218.)
A punch does not qualify as deadly force. You would not be justified, and would be charged with second degree murder. In this case size mattered, and the beating Zimmerman took justifies the action taken by him. This is case of race unquestionably, as the media coverage stoked the hate angle, and lied for ratings.
