- "I never touched my husbands" did she have more than one?

- This is not about Micky Wards wife, she is so beautiful and loving more than YOU...Did you get in the ring and get hit? Everyone is jealous of this loving couple. You are not happy with yourself?

- I was just wondering if she would have been able to hear any noise coming from the kitchen? If he was bleeding that bad from his head wouldn't she want to help him when he got to the apartment?

- The wife appears to be innocent. The family is most likely fighting this because of the money. With this case being ruled a suicide, the will is valid and she inherits the money. During the reinactment, they didn't take into consideration that Arturo was under the influence. His head position under the cabinet, is likely if he was not dead when he fell from the chair. The family conveniently didn't talk to the witnesses that had seen the blood on the back of his head, etc. If they were there for 10 months and didn't talk to ALL of the witnesses - it's pretty suspect.

- Her husband was dead for 10hrs in the hotel where she was staying with him. When asked how she didn't know her husband was dead for 10hrs she had no explanation, because there is no explanation... she already knew he was dead. She was crying about what SHE had to go through, but when talking about her husband never shed a tear. This tells me that she think's she is the victim while having no emotions about her husbands death at all. When things don't add up, they don't add up.

- I agree. She didn't do it, and we know Gatti had a history of suicidal behavior. It's a tragedy all around. Too bad PIs Ciolino and Moura went out on a limb like they did. They shouldn't have been so quick to point fingers.

- Keep in mind that the only person that said Arturo was suicidal was his former wife during a divorce; these types of comments are usually exaggerated statements by paralegals or attorneys. They are intended to make the other spouse look bad before a judge. What Erin failed to prove is that the judge did not rule the accusations as a fact! Now with Erin being an attorney she should have known to get the facts and she failed horribly. Touchy Erin! You lost this Round!

- Amanda looks completely sincere. Making an issue of her smiling after release from jail doesn't make sense: obviously she's smiling if she's been exonerated; who wouldn't be? And grief can only last so long and is easily replaced by other pressures: how long do soldiers grieve over a fallen comrade in battle? There's not enough time. If the same buddy had died domestically the grief might last months; but in battle to pile some dirt, say a prayer, and hours later you're shouting for ammunition and doing a high five if you hit your mark. As for those so-called "experts," that's what they "do," the way tigers protect their young or lawyers shout the innocence of their client when it's evident the client is guilty: conspiracy theorists are supposed to find conspiracy; PI's who investigate a case are supposed to find suspicious circumstances. That's what they "do." It's funny too the way they shout "MURDER" but then respond, "possibility" in the interviews: how can it be "murder" in a public forum but then a distinct possibility in a private interview? Doesn't make sense. In a strict sense ANYTHING is a distinct possibility. Besides which they ignore the blood from the street fight, the moved furniture, etc. In Warhol's famous phrase, they got their ten minutes of fame. In sum, nothing rings false in Amanda's interviews with the 48 Hours host: is she supposed to put on an act when she's overwhelmed with other issues, like the money, her child, negative publicity, a dubious marriage with the deceased?

- What about his child, nothing was mentioned about whether they wanted to see their nephew, grandson, etc.? Was it only the money his family were interested in? It is a tragedy that this man didn't appear to get the help that he needed from counceling, AA, etc. I know first hand how a suicide could happen when a split is happening between two people. I hope the little boy grows up knowing happiness and his family without ill feelings.
