Wesley is such a tool. How many times does a guy have to lie before people realize that he cannot be trusted? His mother really needs to get a clue. I had to laugh when Tracy Smith interviewed her. "Having his finger prints on the suicide note doesn't make him a murderer." "Lying about his finances doesn't make him a murderer." "Having an affair does make him a murderer." "Lying to his mistress about his marriage doesn't make him a murderer." No, maybe these alone do not make him a murderer, but it's pretty clear that he cannot be trusted. Add to these things the lack of an alibi the night Jocelyn was killed, the mysterious changing of the truk tires, the mysterious burning of his house, and his huge financial troubles (who builds a multimillion dollar home when they can't even afford the payments?), and murder doesn't seem so far fetched. I'm glad he's rotting in jail. I hope that Jocelyn's family can find peace.

i am just not convinced..i heard a lot of speculation but no solid evidence..plus he took the stand with nothing to hide..prosecutors we're able to tongue twist em' then inferred..nothing solid to hammer home..did police ever look at anything else or just railroad this guy? one question is why burn down the house when you are under a microscope and police really had nothing? so he knew how to break into his own house..everyone does
lastly, please give me something solid i must have missed otherwise this guy will be out in 20 years and a big fat county payout

One could easily speculate that he burned his house down to get the insurance money. He was deep in debt and desperately needed money. It doesn't take a genius to figure this out. Yes, I suppose that one could believe that the house just "happened" to burn down, but you'd have to be pretty naive (or his mother) to believe that he wasn't involved. The guy lied so many times, how can anyone trust a word he says?

Having watched the whole episode, i can't see any clear evidence indicating that Wesley's guilty

Is this a repeat or just an update to the original airing? On my Time Warner guide it says "new" and original air date as June 2, 2012.

I know they sometimes update old stories when new news comes up but this just looks like a repeat.

well, as guilty as he looks. the evidence still holds reasonable doubt.

If he knew she was gay, why would he leave condoms to throw off the police!!!

I wouldnt put a person behind bars for life with this evidence..

don't know if any one else noticed that the condom was also overlooked as evidence. Joyce was gay, so whoever left that condom in the trash can obviously didn't know- and was it even tested for dna? seems like some holes in the investigation.... But that dirty bastard got what he deserved. So so sad. I can't imagine losing my kid.
