What Cummings said is all spin. All the eveidence points to it coming from high up in the Departemnt of Justice. Everything he said is 180 degrees from what the evidence says is true. The American people are not ignorant! They follow this and they know what is true!
The explanation to this thing could have been taken care of in January, after Grassleys' 1st letter. On Feb. 4, Ronald Weich tells Grassley that no guns were intentionally walked, and stop snooping around because of political motivations. Cummings knows all of this. I agree that evidence doesn't prove or suggest a bottom up debacle. There are too many unanswered questions and Dec. 14th is fastly approaching.
