What is wrong with that? I think it is a reasonable question. He maybe thought that since she was in the hospital she would be ok, he never thought it would be his last kiss from his mom.

It was a very difficult case to solve but in the end, I think that they got it right and they did get their man. Apart from the revelation about the dairies kept by that lady; Gracia-Crow I believe that when Danny lied about not owning a 'baseball bat' it convinced me that something is wrong and that he is or was hiding something. So based on the evidence presented I think justice has been served. Marty could have been the murderer but the million question is; 'Why would someone confess to a crime that he or she didn't commit?'

Facebook has admitted to tracking subscribers after they sign out. Facebook is now under Senate investigation. Does CBS really want to use Facebook for "Talk Back Chats"??

I am reading through the comments and have to agree that from the evidence presented in this piece - it doesn't seem like he's guilty. The estranged/now reconciled?!?! wife seems very unbalanced and off-center. I don't think I'd trust her testimony. She either set him up to take the fall for the murder because she was angry.. or she sat on information about a murder for dozens of years and now still wants to be with a killer? Something is wrong with that woman.

I won't say he's innocent, because he definitely could be guilty, but the evidence--- at least in this piece which might not be accurate/complete--- seems to be lacking here.

I didn't care for the interviewer at all. I like Peter Van Sant and Susan Spencer -- MUCH better. Too bad 48 hours can't get someone REALLY good like Keith Morrison, Dennis Murphy or Josh Mankiewicz from Dateline.. They seem to have the best reporters over there.. Tracy was horrible.
