I find it tragic that Sandra had shown not an ounce of concern for Dr. Franklin's injury during the duration of her call to 911 nor at the police station while being interviewed; regardless of what the circumstances may have been. How can one place more importance on money than the value of ones life? Who can think of losing a horse farm over losing the life of a human, one stated loving at one point in time, and showing not an ounce of remorse, even if one felt as though it was in self defense; anyone who kills someone even in an act of what they perceive to be in self defense would naturally feel a sense of remorse for taking a human life. She deserves life with no parole.

It seem's to me, she set herself up to be a victim. She planned to have the money transferred in her name, which happened. Then kill Her husband which happened. The only thing this woman was afraid of was losing the money.
I would not want to be a juror on this case. There was a fight and she won but I doubt her life was in such danger she had to stab him to his death. His weapon was pitiful compared to hers. Anytime a husbands money is transferred to the wife's account then he is found dead by the wife is one huge red flag.

The pen knife consistent with her scratches has her DNA all over it. The doc dumps his malpractice insurance and is pushing so much pain medication he's investigated by the state? I think the doctor lost touch with reality, felt cheated by his son's death and didn't care about anything. He was bitter and took it out on her.

This was the biggest miscarriage of justice I've seen on this show.

The pen knife scratched her chest through her clothes? Where are her torn clothes? Be serious.

Sandra Franklin manipulated Dr. Franklin to stop his malpractice insurance and push narcotics.

Why did he agree? Because he was thinking with his dong.

... why do women think all they have to do is make a frowny face and whiny voice for people to believe them. Drug addicts are so demented and use to lying they convince them selves of their own lies. She's a money hungry old bag who wasn't done wanting to enjoy sex and her hubby just couldn't do it any more. Feeling she was running out of time, this is what she did. Wasn't getting the reactions she wanted from him while provoking him because he was smart and knew what she was trying to do. Very sickening! In the end she got what she wanted,... I'm sure she's thrilled and enjoying her new lesbian lover who undoubtedly will do the same thing to her. She's childish, immature, ignorant and cold-hearted!

I think she intentionally killed his husband. There are too many suspicious points.

The good Doctor may have had early-onset Alzheimer's or some form of dementia-that would explain the behavioral changes......

This woman's account doesn't sit well with me. Having been in an abusive relationship, she's too calm. I still have more emotion about 'the moments' than she does. Even being interviewed, I would have more emotion. Faker, liar, user, abuser herself.
