Unfortunately insurance companies don't look at the overall cost of care. This testing is currently expensive and probably not covered, however having done this, the care of the twins will now be much cheaper over the long haul because they've been properly diagosed. We've known this family since the twins were little and before their initial diagnosis. One of the most heartwarming moments in my life was when they walked up to me and my husband in a store and said hi to us by name (after they were properly diagnosed). Their mom is a true and faithful tiger mom and has never stopped trying to find the best solution for her children. Her faith is constantly rewarded.
