Prosecutor Hicks (Predator- Sucker Punch Prosecutor)

IS HE A STORY TELLING MASTERMIND; OR MASTER MANIPULATOR AND SUCKER PUNCH PROSECTOR?

Did he really make this (nonsensical comment) "she's a pretty dangerous person because she doesn't look it". Do I dare to repeat this question about him or should I maintain my sanity? Nah lets him own that one! We can make money off the phrase when he is proven guilty.

Mr. Hicks has sold his soul to the devil for a title as a winning prosecutor and endangered the lives of many Americans. This man is wreckless and dangerous as a prosecutor and needs to be incarcerated. He has the ability to manipulate those in power and the ability to play the role of both judge and jury. He's able to disguise himself as an angle of light and transforms a ridiculous and unbelievable story into facts without merit. He's able to convince his vulnerable victims to believe it and manipulate others to follow his lead. He rules with a sword of injustice, I quote "the letter of the law". This is the same law that has given him rules of the court to act as prosecuting attorney. He has been given the opportunity to like he said "to simply tell the truth". . On the contrary Hicks has manipulated the system (to gain notoriety); he conspired with the former lovers of Tausha Fields, Erin Morarity and CBS NEWS to obtain a guilty verdict in the death of Mitch Kemp.

It would be beneficial for us to know his history of relationships with the women that he dated or married so that we can determine his motive to take such a harsh attitude toward Tausha.

Former lovers of Mr. Hicks please come forward and tell us about this man and your story. Help me in my efforts to set Tausha free and possibly save the life of her daughter, those in Mitch's family and, the jury and innocent by standers.

Prosecutor Hicks must have had a lot of bad experiences with women in his past to come up with such a ludicrous story about Tausha Fields. He obviously has a lot of anger towards women and wants retribution and/or payback.

Ladies are you going to let him get away with this? He manipulated Taushas lovers and family to believe that she was responsible for the death of Mitch Kemp; He manipulated a killer and bribed him with his freedom. He coached and coerced a confessed killer and others to tell a lie and then arranged to set him free in the year 2022. By doing so; Taushas daughter and Mitch's family have been sentenced to death when the killer is released. In Taushas interrogations she said "If he knows that I told you he will take me and my baby's life do you hear me". Do you understand people? We are all in danger when this man is released, our daughters, our family and friends. Are you willing to let this man go free? He will kill again out of vengeance. He said "I wanted retribution" those are his feeling, his words, not Tausha's. He will kill again and it's our responsibility to stop it; otherwise the blood of his victims will be on our hands; his revenge will come down on all of us.

America now has an innocent woman in prison that is guilty of the following charges; she is (what every man wants) a beautiful, tempting, seductive, sensual, fun, loving, caring woman and mother. She was in the pursuit of happiness and no man could satisfy her emotionally and physically. This is not uncommon in today's world, its realty.

This case will set precedence for beautiful, enticing, luring women everywhere. You can no longer be a woman with desires wants and needs; you will forever be controlled by this man's deceptive prosecution practice against women. From now on anytime a woman that has multiple lovers and relationships you will be labeled "TEMPATION", you will be the manipulator, the mastermind; you will be the cause of every man's weakness and faults.

Men like Hicks are normally and frequently used and abused by women because he's frail, has pretty boy face, little boy attitude, he's not able to stand on his own and defend a woman in a bad boy situation. Hicks no doubt been controlled by women, is always told what to do' he does not know how to get the attention and recognition that he desires to be known for; and he never will. He tries to play the bad boy but it doesn't work for him so now he has to take control the only way that he knows how. Through the judicial system he will control the behavior, the liberty and freedom of every woman in the U.S. by force. If you allow Hicks to continue he will find more avenues in which women will be controlled, manipulated and abused.

Women have come too far to let a single man impose his thoughts, his standard, his demands, and his resolve against women and women's rights.

I agree with Moriarty when she said: " Tausah Fields the manipulator was simply out manipulated". The question is; whom is she talking about? Herself? Hicks? Both of them? Or all of them?

THE SUCKER PUNCH
Hicks speak to the jury as if they are children and said "poor, poor Tauhsa. She's a victim of the system; this is the same system that gave her multiple opportunities to simply tell the truth".

Moriarty said,
Then, for the first time since the trial began, Prosecutor Hicks gives the jury his explanation for why Tausha wanted Mitch Kemp dead. Her motive, he says, was to keep their daughter, Lexie, for herself.
In my opinion all that Tausha wanted to do was to do was to protect herself and Lexie from Greg Morton. This is why she was living with a deputy in Texas Deputy when she was arrested; she felt safe with a man in the police force.

Ok, there is no possible way that anyone could be able to MAKE someone else commit murder. Be real here people--no one is THAT convincing. Tausha is a beautiful woman, which made it all the easier for the prosecution to attack her and portray her as a manipulative "man-eater"

Tausha is not guilty, and now her poor little daughter has to suffer from this complete injustice. RIDICULOUS. I hope she is able to get the verdict overturned in an appeal. My prayers are out to you Tausha!!!!

May I add as well:

I understand and completely sympathize with Mitch's family...anyone you slice it, their loved one was murdered. However, I find it so devastatingly sad that they would condemn Tausha and Mitch's daughter--Lexi to a life without either of her parents. This little girl is who suffered from Taushas guilty verdict, and will continue to suffer for the rest of her life having a twisted story of how her father died....

Tasha is so minipulative you can't believe a word that she speaks. I feel bad for her little girl, but maybe it's best that someone like Tasha isn't in her life. Both Greg and Tasha deserve to spend their lives behind bars.

god has nothing to do with it!!! If there was a god, this innocent man would be alive!

This is a lying, manipulative, evil person. If she was so afraid of Greg, she wouldn't be having an affair with Mitch. You can tell she's a liar by the expressions on her face when she talks. Also, she stayed with Greg for a year and half after they killed Mitch, but he's been dead 4 yrs.....she had two and half years to report the crime - she was away from Greg, what did she have to fear at this point??

First of all, I want to commend the public defender of the job that he did. Unlike the high priced bought and paid for lawyers/liars that we usually see with these types of cases (fabricating whatever BS they can conjure-up out of thin air in order to get their client off), this guy tried to raise reasonable doubt while still sticking to the facts of the case. This is how ALL defenses should be carried out...by that of a public defender. High priced defense liars should be banished from the legal system!

As for the case itself, why would Mitch even bother setting foot on Greg's property?...especially if he raped or had been having sex with Tausha (Greg's wife). Not a chance! He was lured. And from seeing his mug-shot, Greg looked like quite the nasty and imposing looking dude. Tausha probably fed Greg a line of BS involving rape or sex in order to infuriate him into killing Mitch. Together they hatched a plan to lure him to the property...and that was that. Tausha's motive being that of child custody. Both are now in jail...justice was served.

great call on the defense team. I cannot stand when defenders make up stuff that has nothing to do with the case to instill reasonable doubt. if that's legal in court, then how can anyone be found guilty? just make stuff up regardless of the facts of the case
