- Curt did it!! The husband was too forthcoming on the stand. Plus the whole phone call about the bloody shirt and the fact his wife kept lying about it was proof positive in my mind. Sadly though, only Curt and Lane know the truth. As for me I'm convinced Curt is guilty.

- Circumstantial evidence is usually all that is left of a crime. And often it does not seem enough to convict a man to prison. The most damning circumstantial evidence is not "shifty eyes" or the seemingly absence of grief on the part of the husband. Damning circumstantial evidence comes in the form of whoever's story does not match up with the actual circumstances of the case. It is clearly evident that Curtis Forbes wife knew of the bloody shirt and lied on the stand. There was immediate talk in the initial murder investigation of the bloody shirt and the timing of Curtis Forbes arrival at Debbie Forbes (along with her parents with stories of a shirt being laundered) home at 4:00 AM. Folks who talk of no motive for Curtis Forbes deny the fact that the victim was attractive and also knew about Curtis' abuse of Debbie. It is not unusual for this type of man to "want to set the record straight" and "get it into a woman's head" that he is actually "wonderful".Sorry, but Lane is the picture of a sweet young man while Curtis fits the profile of an abuser, thus alerting Lane to the possibility of his friend having done the deed. Poor Debbie, afraid of Curtis right up until his imprisonment for the crime she knew he committed. Talk about angry personalities, please examine the faces of Curtis Forbes siblings.

- I think the reason so many of you are having trouble with Curt is because there doesn't appear to be any clear motive. Why would the husband just up and say that Curt, his best friend, did it? Why not Frank, or George or someone else? It is very strange, but the evidence does seem solid. Curt's wife just really tried to believe in him, but obviously she suspected that he did it. It's all just so sad. I hope the family can get closure, but I wonder if they wonder like we do? That wouldn't be closure though. :(

- The dog cowered because he sensed the evil that was permeating the husband. Maybe dogs have a seventh sense there.

- Most people are capable of hineous things under certain circumstances as they are always tempted by the enemy. With drugs, when the gates of the mind are no longer functioning, evil can permeate a person's mind and they can do the most horrible things. There have been many cases were young people were on pot or other drugs and they did the most horribe crimes. Also, don't forget wolfes come in sheep's clothing. Attractive people can do atrocious things. I can't say she did it or not as I am not at the trial. I hope that justice will be done as jurors make bad decisions and attorneys and witnesses lie.

- I think Debbie knows that Curt did not kill that woman. Curt might have walked in on the wife and got blood on him and so he did have a bloody shirt and left blood on the sink with his DNA when he washed himself off? He probably lifted up the wife and saw that she was dead. He was too afraid to call the cops as he thought he would be implemented (last person "to see her. He knows that justice is just a bunch of luck. I know it. Justice can go either way, justice or injustice, whichever way the wind blows at the time.) He hid the reason for the blood from Debbie which any normal man would do. He did not want any gossip going around. Women are gossipers! He saw the light on the porch on, and so he went into the house. The husband left probably left work, killed her, and went back to work. The husband looks awfully suspicious.

- I have this feeling that it was the husband. It is possible that Curt went to his friend's house (them) and found the wife of his friend bloodied. He might have gotten blood on him then and washed it off in the sink. Curt might have gotten scared that he might get accused and so hid the whole thing (we all know that those who see the victim last, are the ones who will get accused.) I feel Curt had no motive. The other possibility is Curt and the wife had an affair and the husband walked in on it. Curt ran off and the husband killed the wife. Or the husband killed the wife before he went to work. The husband is weird! He enjoyed talking about the wife's death; I saw the twinkle in his eyes. I believe he lied a lot. This is how I see it. I am very intuitive. I am never wrong there. But Of course I do have no proof. The husband has very shifty eyes when he needs to talk about the murder. The way curtis said to his wife that he did not kill her, the spontaniousness, etc. for me was crystal clear that he did not kill her; his response was from his soul. I could hear that. The circumstances he did not want to discuss was probably what I think might have happened. I think Curtis is an innocent man in prison. That's what I feel. I was STUNNED when he got convicted.

- The husband and Curt are both guilty. The husband offered curt a cut of the insurance money and turn him in afterward.I don't think his son really believes his father has nothing to do with his mothers death and nether do I.As for Debbie, well she should be tossed in jail for perjury.
