- That Debby Forbes should be prosecuted for Perjury, Obstruction of justice and Accessory to murder after the fact. She lied about seeing the blood on the killer's shirt. The judge should have allowed the evidence of Curtis Forbes' DNA on the bathroom sink. It appears that for what ever reason the judge wanted the prosecutor to not prosecute this very cold case or make it very difficult for the prosecutor to win a conviction. Justice at last...

- Ahh shoot! I was wrong. But good thing. I thought maybe, both were involved. Husband called friend to try to get some evidence out of the house- thats where the blood on shirt came from. Ok I watch too many movies. Congrats to the family, they finally have closure.
