Christ was a spoiled brat. A psychopathic sociopath. There is no cure for that. The Suttons adopted the wrong son. And that's a shame. I pray (literally) that Mr. Sutton gets his eyesight back very soon! And I really hope he's a happy man with his new lady. And he's a blessed man to have such a wonderful daughter. Wish I knew her. May Chris rot in jail.
Christopher Sutton is a bad seed, a sociopath and an devious ingrate. He planned the assassination of his parents for selfish greed. Sadly, there are numerous cases of spoiled children that coldly killed their parents.
I wished someone had checked him out when he was about 9 or 10. This is when he started to act up and started hitting his mother. Has anyone considered that he may have been abused, sexually or mentally? Children don't switch from being a good kid to and abusive one without good reason. No one bothered to ask him. He was probably afraid to say anything at the time. Although, there is no excuse for what he did--he punished himself as well as his parents by losing his freedom and future.
You got it right Ayasha, Not sure if anyone is still posting here, but if you have a child who is giving you problems at a tender age as Chris did wouldn't that be the time to get him help. Does letting it escalate into the teens and having ranglers terrorize him and have him flown out of the country to some consentration camp type place make sence?? How could you look the other way, when you knew what your child was going through???
I understand why some people feel bad for the son Christopher. HOWEVER, remember that he is lying! It would be one thing if he acknowledged what he did and chalked it up to feeling no love or affection from his family growing up, but instead he calls everyone a liar. Many, many MANY children have bad childhoods. Trust me, I work as a counselor for children with behavioral problems; this guy is in a league of his own, because most kids don't spend six years fantasying about murdering their parents, and they certainly don't higher a hit man to kill mom and dad.
First as I have heard many say, Never trust people who start a sentence with 'trust me' You are a councelor for children with behavioral problems and I am the king of Siam. As a councelor you are in a league of your own!
The kid has the indicators for sociopath. The lies, breaking the law; sense of entitlement, rage when denied etc. No amount of love; compassion; giving; understanding; psychological intervention; parenting; attention can change a sociopath. Quit blaming the victims.

You sound pretty sure of your opinion. All reached how? By watching an episode on TV?? You can watch this 10 times and you will not have 20% of the facts here. I would be a little more objective knowing 15-20% maybe of what went on here. And this episode revealed so little and one sided.
