Proposal for Controlling the Subsea oil spill/leakage in the gulf.

My name is Anthony Troy Maples; I am a Mechanical Engineer with (Ideal Marine Staffing Solution) I have presented this same idea to BP, The president of the United States, the Governor of Louisiana, Billy Nungesser, Sarah Palin, Fox news, CNN, Glen Beck. Why hasn?t any one responded to this? This same technique has been used all over the world, has been proven to work each and every time.
I am presenting an idea for controlling the Subsea oil spill/leakage in the gulf. Many ideas have been tried, but this one will work.
This idea does not danger the environment nor is it a hazard to the marine life.
I?m sure you have seen (Cast Nets). Picture a large upside down funnel shaped material made out of the same material used on sail boats. Very strong & very sturdy. Now picture this upside down funnel with the appropriate amount of weight all the way around the bottom like the weights on a (cast net). This would be spread around the affected area allowing the oil and gas to follow its way up the funnel to the surface where it can be skimmed at a positive rate. This would give the crew complete control and will force the oil and gas to the surface & prevent any further contamination to the GULF, and buy everyone some time to find a solution to stopping the leak.
This same idea can be used anywhere, (land or Water)
