I'm sure that you are hearing from all sorts of people about the CBS news story that aired again this morning on CBS Sunday Morning about you. I want you to know that I have never written to anyone after seeing a news story, but I want you to know that you are one of the most amazing people I have ever heard about. I think you are right to say that God's plan for you may have been to become an inspiration to others because in the face of adversity that is unthinkable, you are so courageous and positive that it brought tears to my eyes and immediate rededication to being there for those that need me. I am sure that yours is a struggle that cannot even be imagined, but you have the strength of spirit (along with your beautiful fiance) to have a life that will be more blessed and happy than most people that have the advantage of four limbs. I KNOW that you will achieve great things in your life and your name, BRENDAN MORROCO, will be my new mantra for always having a "can-do" spirit.

P.S. I am an inner-city school teacher for kids from an extremely dangerous drug and gang infested area that sucks the life out of many of my kids and gives them no motivation for their future.
