- The only thing I don't like about this report is that they neglect to mention that there is help out there for moms who struggle with breastfeeding. La Leche League International is a God-send, and a good lactation consultant is wonderful. The vast majority of women CAN breastfeed. It's only a very select few who can't (including women fighting cancer, women with HIV or AIDS, or babies who can't tolerate their mother's breastmilk, which is extremely rare).
