suzie...so i guess what you are saying is all the pro-life democrats were trying to stop meaningful health reform? Maybe some times people on both sides of the debate have good intentions just different views on how to get there.

I'm saying that the so-called "pro-life" Democrats were full of smack.

There never was anything in the bill providing federal funding for abortion.

And the law of the land still prohibits such a thing from happening.

This bill does NOTHING to change that.

You really are a piece of work. I know about Stupack and his views. If the Bill is so clear why did he and the others put on a stage show about it?

Press the link above and here him tell it.

You find any proof that the bill pays for abortion?

Did you know that the law of the land forbids federal funding of abortion?

No, I guess you didn't.

You just came here to whine right?

Surely you can find something in the bill that provides for payment of abortion if you're spending so much time whining about it?

Got something for us yet?

No?

Then stop whining about what you know nothing about.

Then why did Mr Stupack "whine" so much?

I don't know if you noticed but he voted yes on the bill and he's a staunch anti-choice guy.

Because he, while claiming democrat, is actually another ASPD-afflicted neo, who gets off denying Americans their right to reshape government away from the ASPD agenda.

He ran as a Dem because the GOP brand is poison in his district, as it is rapidly becoming across the US.

Show us where this bill pays for abortion or find something else to whine about.

SueZeeeQue,
No Assurances? Then why did we need a 2000 page corrupt bill for insurance? How about Mr. Obama just write an executive order saying "trust me, I'll cover your health care".

It's already the law of the land that no federal money be spent on abortion.

Do you even know what you're talking about.

This is all just another charade meant to stop reform from taking place.

It didn't work.

Stop whining about nothing.

The services described in this clause are abortions for
which the expenditure of Federal funds appropriated for the Department of Health and Human Services is permitted, based on the law as in effect as of the date that is 6 months before the beginning of the plan year involved.

And we can assume you are either history-challenged, or an intentional prevaricator if you posit that he wasn't.
