Cyprus need not look to America for aid even though it is beneficial to us, now if it was a 3rd world country...

European countries are going broke since the European Union was set up. Now it is affecting America. Even though Cyprus is part of the EU, as is Spain and Greece, all three are broke or going broke, let our fearless leader set up meetings with individual Eurpean leaders - not leaders of countries who hate America - to leave the EU and most of all go back to using their own currency.

Cyprus is only one of the first European 'going broke' countries that will affect America. Instead of pouring money into 3rd world countries that can't be helped, helping save Europe will be helping save America.

Where have you been? The President has met with EU leaders, Mideastern leaders and Asian leaders - WORLD leaders - from day one. Whether some of those countries "hate" America or not is NOT the point. Should a President only talk to our "friends"?

BTW, the money "poured" into foreign aid is less than 3% of the Federal budget. And Europe may have their problems, but they also have some of the wealthiest and most properous nations on Earth. They can "save" themselves - they don't need a 21st century Marshall Plan.
