The word is called "church discipline". These bishops need to practice scriptural church discipline upon those clergy that are guilt of sexually abusing children within their spiritual care--these priests need to make amends for their sinful behavior and they need to be handed over the secular legal authorities to be justly punished for their crimes within their own societies.
