- I thought it was a fun, interesting way to wind up a show that traditionally goes on way, way too long and Mrs. Obama was a real trouper to participate. How can they possibly top that next year? Not to take away anything for all the talented people involved in the entire movie making process I would like to see future broadcasts trimmed down to two hours and respectfully request the winners to abstain from thanking and acknowledging so many people individually in their acceptance speeches. Lastly, I would love to see George Clooney host the Oscars ceremony next year.
