- I don't think justice was done in this case. It seems he was the only person anyone ever looked at. That "tiny blood splatter" and glass splinter, questionable to say the least.

- I am so please with the military taking charge of this investigation. And also kudos to the KY State Police for bringing them in. The local police and court system totally botch this one, they allowed the local emotions to dictate their investigations.

- I'm not going to even bother watching this. Four trials and no verdict! Without watching its obvious evidence has been flipped every side imaginable. This is Carnival Justice, keep throwing the darts, eventually you'll hit the balloon/conviction.

- Unfortunately we can't trust the court system as they as in the prosecutors are not always honest as with the law enforcement. They did not have enough evidence to do this to him. Watch out people because if they can railroad this guy you might be next.
