What he doesn't understand: We are already vastly overpopulated as a planet. We all know this. The author doesn't seem to understand this. The estimate is that we are consuming 1.5 Earths worth of resources. You can't escape people on this planet except at the polls. This guy is irresponsible. Even if we reduce consumption... there are simply far too many people.
