It certainly appears that the trajectory of the bullet plus where the gun was found rule out suicide. Just a shame that the police work was so negligent.

The trajectory of the bullet is the question not where the gun was alleged to be found, The Police work in this case was practically non-existent. As a retired Homicide Detective, I can unfortunately say that she deserved a far better investigation then as appears. I have also seen a lot of arrogance with Police officers and Prosecuters due to ego instead of facts.
