Hello, why don't they put in each room, gangway, kitchens, Restaurants and so on ballons of several cubic meters to fill with air. In the taller rooms they can be even bigger than 1.000 cubic meters so if the air volume is more than the ships weight the ship will float even if there is big hole in the hull. The ship will get upright by his self without any help outside !!
This would cost a very small fraction of what is been done until today without knowing if it would work out or that the system fall's apart I can't beleave that no diver at all has thougt to do as I discribed
