- Life with out parole would be better than sitting on death-row for 20-30, that is if the sentence holds up and stays life without parole, not bleeding heart do-gooders try to get a rapist and/or muderer out of prison because the d.a. made a wrong comment in court or someone on the jury sneezed. How can a murdering killer-rapist admitt to the crime, then recant a year down the line when a lawyer tells him he can get off saying he was made to confess by the police? Or was/is mentally ill time. Anyone who commits violent brutal crimes are mentally il.

- In Texas it is irrelevant whether someone is actually guilty as long as a judge or jury has labeled him or her as such. What is actually more important is that a lot of taxpayer money was spent to build execution chambers and they have to be put to use often if the taxpayers are to get their money's worth.
