There needs to be accountablity for the malicious investigators in every case for justice to prevail. That goes for the DA with their unlimited funds to go after cases like this one. All involved from the prosecution side should serve time and feel the pain that Frank and others have felt. God Bless Centurion Ministries for their pursuit of "TRUE JUSTICE"

I sure hope it doesn't take 28 years to win his civil suit against the cops that sent him to prison. And it should come out of their pockets and/or the city or state that has to pay it should get it from them by way of their FULL pensions and/or any and all properties that they hold. Another option is putting them both in prison for the length of time they put him in prison for (25 years to life).

Anyone who is innocent and in prison for as long as this guy has been only needs to take a polygraft. What's he got to loose? Anyone who is innocent and not yet convicted should also want to take a polygraft even if it doesn't hold up in court. It couldn't be used either way, guilty/innocent, right?

Eye Witnesses might have faulty vision or memory. It is a fair point to question if look-alike Defendants confuse the Witness. A Defense Attorney could request a polygraph of the Suspect (or Inmate) conducted by Police Detectives. If a positive result, then the Defense has the right to challenge the sentence for lack of evidence.
