- 'm glad those men are finding productive work. It is more common that many unemployed men with no education often just use the prison systems as their security blanket. But when $7.25 is the minimum wage, $12 an hour is not competitive. You can get that being an entertainer at a theme park, which is also very low skill. A new oil field with vast deposits was discovered in Colorado and Utah larger than OPEC, get a Petroleum Engineering degree!!!!!!!!! That's where the money is!! Look it up on the Dept. of Labor Occupational Outlook website, petroleum engineer make a lot more

- petroleum engineering degree is hard to get. I've been trying to get a certification in that space. Only a few colleges in a few states with very high tuition offer that degree.
