- how stupid. yes the cops had tunnel vision. i would have wanted to see that narcotic officers face when he watched the ghb videos that prove people can harm themselves when high on ghb and not even be phased. nowadays its a witch hunt when it comes to murder. people should not be charged when there is insufficient evidence. i know nothing about a ghb high but i do know that it doesnt make sense for him to call the cops when she is dying if he had just beat the crap out of her (300 and something lacerations) and destroyed his own house, then on top of it all claim she was "having a heart attack." he didnt do it.

IM ALSO A USER AND I STRONGLY BELIVE ANYONE WITH AN OVERDOES SYMPTOMS DOESNOT GET CHANCE TO SCRATCH SO BADLY.NO MATTER WHATEVER DRUG YOU USE WHEN YOU GET HIGH ESPECIALLY CLOSE TO OVERDOSE YOU WILL JUST BE WHERE YOU ARE.THERE IS NO WAY WHEN THE PERSON YOU LOVE IS ON DRUGS AND SCRATCHING HERSELF TO DEATH AND THE PERSON UNDER THE SAME ROOF DONT KNOW ANYTHING.NO ONE WILL LEAVE THEIR PARTNER LIKE THAT IF SHE IS A DRUG ADDICT THEN HE WOULD DEFINETLY KNOW WHAT SHE WILL DO.HE STAYED WITH HER FOR SO LONG AND HE DONT KNOW HOW MUCH IS HER LIMIT AND HOW SHE REACT.NO ONE WILL LEAVE WHEN PERSON IS SO HIGH IN THE ROOM WHEN YOU HAVE BROKEN CUPBOARD.ONCE HE WAS SURE SHE IS DEAD THATS WHEN HE CALLED 911 AND HE DID NICE ACTING SAYING COME ON BABY FIGHT.HE IS PROFESSIONAL FAKE ACTOR WHO IS PREACHER BUT HE HAS THE PASSION OF HARDCORE PARTYING EVEN TAKING DRUGS WITH HER PARTNER. THIS MAN TOOK GREAT ADVANTAGE OF HER TAKING DRUGS AND DID NICE ACTING IN FRONT OF EVERY PEOPLE.IM DEAD SURE HE WONT BE IN THE STREET FOR LONG. HE WILL BE IN JAIL OR HELL.

- How could the judge refuse a rebuttle witness? Shouldn't the trial be about giving the jury as much information as possible. If I were sitting on a jury where information was withheld and I was forced to make a decision without being given all the information and without being presented with all options, I would be enraged. The jurors have to live with the decision they make, they shouldn't have someone standing in the way of them having all the information needed to make that decision in good conscience.

- The people in the video were not engaged in the type of behavior that would lead to the condition she was in. I wouldn't know whether the drug could lead to someone doing themselves that kind of damage, but those particular guys were not examples of that.

- I believe that as a believer in Christ, I am responsible for how I live around those who are not believers. I believe that he is partially responsible for her death, because he also was involved in the taking of the drugs. He left her alone with the drug. If you love someone you are going to be concerned about their welfare. He left her alone, like a caged, crazed animal.

- The question is what type of preacher is he? In the bible it says to forgive and forget.He comes back and wants to sue for 21 million dollars!He should have helped her out and not cater to help her use drugs!

- lol his own parents said he isnt a "preacher" and i agree. he lives a very sinful life for a "man of god" and the end of this episode proves it. what a joke he is but not a murderer..

- She may have been an extremely troubled person, who would be alive today if she had chosen a better path, but that dosnt make him innocent of this death. Obviously more happened here than an OD, and he had a hand in it. He is guilty of her death, (even if she is too) and should have been found so.
