Every comment is a attack on Katie.

Sarah Palin was elected by the people of Alaska to be its governor. She achieved this on her own talent and hard work (she does not have a rich uncle to help her.) At one point her job approval rate was as high as 80% (it''s still very high after the election). Please do not insult her and the wisdom of the Alaskan people.

Katie Couric: Please show your respect to Gov. Palin so her admirers will respect you and maybe come back to watch your show. Woman should not bad mouth or attack another woman. Instead we should encourage each other and cherish each other''s success.

The Palin interviews are why I now watch Katie every night. She rocks! When she left the Today show, I thought she made a huge mistake. But I was wrong, she is clearly one of the finest news anchors ever. And she still looks great too. (I suppose that was a sexist remark though)

David Letterman is arrogant and sexist. And what the heck is Katie doing laughing and grinning about Letterman''s demeaning *** comments? Katie should have reached over and slapped him for all womankind. Why does David Letterman, and so many others, hold such great contempt for a successful woman? Why does he need to ridicule Palin relentlessly?

Wait a minute here. I read some comments last night about Couric mocking Palin by a bunch of Right wingnuts, and thought, "Well, that''s unprofessional." But, uh... Where is she mocking Palin? Sounds to me like she bent over backward to make Palin sound like less of a moron than she actually is. All she does is make excuses for Palin; it sounds like she''s working for Palin. *** Right-Wing Media Bias!!! Dave even took it easy on her, and he had no reason to, since he mocks everyone. My mistake. For a fleeting moment, I actually thought a wingnut was telling the truth about something.

Dear Katie, I think you do a great job. I also like that you know when to be serious on the job and when to have fun. Don''t worry about what people say about your legs, they look great and they always will. It''s really sad that your legs are even an issue. There probably just jealous or just the type that complain about everything and everybody.

Please! Katie Couric went out of her way to be fair concerning Palins interview. Calling Katie a leftiest or anyone else names is not going to change the facts that Palin screwed up all on her own. All she had to do was answer the simple questions, if she knew the answers, one would think she would have. answered them.

Katie, did not enjoy this interview at all. You were not at work, could''ve loosened up a bit to allow your audience to see another side of you. Did not like the outfit either. You also cold have been a bit more forth coming with some realistic perspective of your own personal opinion of the Sarah Palin interview. You sounded like a freakin politician. If you did not think that the responses Sarah Palin was giving to the questions that you asked were scary, then I think that you lack judgement also. This woman was running for a position that would have allowed her to guide our country and you jusitfy her responses as if to say the questions came unexpected, Katie what are you thinking????? Wouldn''t you expect a physician or surgeon to know where the heart is located or a plumber to know how to fix your sink, if he or she didn''t, you would be dumbfounded and they wouldn''t be hired for the job.

Katie Couric''s Palin interviews increased her credibility as a serious journalist in my eyes. I still find it disappointing when she lapses into moments of frivolity -- but she is doing a better job now than when she started at CBS News.
