I am so proud of all of us. We elected a President to be proud of and he came with a terrific family. What a lovely combination of serious reflection and wise humility this President is. I can''t wait to do my part to support whatever he needs my help with as we go forward. It feels like Moses leading us out of the wilderness. There will be hard times, but by gosh, we have a Leader!
I like this man. He appears extremely genuine, honest and is very very likable. I will pray that he keeps his word to the country, and stick to his values. If nothing else he is the most down to earth politician I have ever seen. When he talks about missing being able to go for a walk, and to remain "normal" I believe him. Let''s give him a fair shake.....I think he will be tested in the near future and we all will see what he is made of.

By the sheer core force of intellgent persona & centered personality, Barack Obama is the bromide to an ailing Nation. This interview with Michelle exemplifies why this duo matches the times in which we find ourselves.
Where there is chaos, they are calm Where there is soulful seriousness, they provide responsive humor Where there is personal probe, Barack provides professional perspective Where there is probative political parsing, Barack becomes just a husband and father, and a steady, steadfast leader with no illusions of grandeur, which can make him seem even more grande.
In this fragile American moment, a most unanticipated temperment held within a tenured intellect, a circumspect yet introspective vision, of an unanticipated helsman is visited upon a naysaying Nation.
And, yeah, the Obamas rock the House...the White House, the House & Senate, a House divided against itself. Tonite they became part of our house, as if they were those incredible friends we are lucky to have in our neighborhood.
In a most unfortunate patch in these United States, how fortunate that we have chosen someone who can patch the States & states of mind, together with seamless inner vigor & humility.
The worst of times are, once again, mingle with the best of times. In Barack Obama, we have the best man for the worst times.
Mr. Obama, Please keep your promises, and don''t let lobbyists and big industry continue to run our government. Get rid of Paulson and all others in positions of power with ties to WallStreet. Do the right thing for Main Street. Let the fat cats and auto industry suffer the consequences of their unchecked greed over the last several years. Use our tax dollars wisely.

So happy in my choice for President.
There are enormous challenges facing us. There is no magic wand. What gives me hope is his intelligence and thoughtfulness.
I hope that the bubble that is naturally engulfing him will not isolate him.
