- I am a life long republican and I am voting for Obama. I have voted for W twice. Eventhough I was disappointed at the end of his first term, Foolishly enough I gave him the benifit of the doubt and voted for him again in 04. I know now that voting for McCain is like voting for Bush for the third time. No way Jose. Obama is what we need. A new fresh start. And stop contradicting your self Mr. McCain! your keep saying country first! if that''s so, what''s the big deal for somebody who makes say $300,000 if he has to be an extra $1000(that''s 2% more on the $50,000 income over $250,000) if that will help the economy? what''s wrong with that. I will more than happily pay the extra $1000 for my country. Please stop falsifying the truths of Barak Obama''s campaign promisses. We aint no dummies!!!!

- Dear Senator,
You last say: "I have been tested."
Yes, of course you have.
The problem is that you failed the test. Sorry. It happens.
Now... It would be wise at this point to admit that some errors were made, that you love your country, and that some of the stuff that has been put out by your campaign in the last couple weeks have been the product of despair.
Remember! You can still come out of this one with some honor. Admit that you were caught trying to fight change with... change? All the odds were against you on the policy side at this specific point in time.
Senator: finish this campaign by showing some dignity for you and your running mate. I''ve never seen so many millions watching the VP debate because, really Senator, we were all expecting a mega freak show. Sure, it didn''t turn out that way but it was rather kind''a sad; Seeing this poor woman reciting lines.
You know it is over.
So, be kind, and leave the stage like a gentleman and we''ll cheer for your kindness. But, if you continue on your current path you risk destroying your reputation, your party, and... Maybe even your nation. Thank you!

- Hey ProphetFella,
The only thing "prophetic" you''ve disclosed in your comments thus far is that you have completely lost the plot and have no future as a normal, reasonably intelligent and decent human being!!!
There is absolutely nothing honorable or "American" about you. John McMain is a decent American who would never have anything but contempt for you and your disgusting comments. You are an embarrassment to all conservatives, do us a favour and get out of the political process and back to the paramillitary camp in the woods.
Your view point and ignorance not only confirms why America desperately needs an intelligent, dignified leader but also why redneck biggots like you and your posse should be neutered.
Another word of advice - change your handle to "PatheticFella", it''s a more honest description of you and your vile opinions.
You are totally beyond help!!!!!!!! - Reply to this comment

- If Obama wanted to emulate McCain''''s attack ads, we would hear robocalls in the Heartland informing America''''s patriots that McCain:
a) was in the pocket of former Lincoln Savings & Loan president and criminal Charles Keating;
b) was buddies with fellow criminal Republicans Ted Stevens, Tom Delay, Scooter Libby, Trent Lott, Jack Abrahamoff, Larry Craig, Mark Foley...etc;
c) accepted political donations from the Watergate criminal G. Gordon Liddy;
d) picked a runningmate mired in scandal (Troopergate) and has acted "unethical" according to her own people;
e) gave up information to his communist captors in North Vietnam, whereas other American prisoners did NOT;
Wake up, ProphetFella. McCain has a lot to answer for, but Obama hasn''''t stooped to that level. - Reply to this comment

- Senator McCain, you were once an honorable man. Now I see you as lying, manipulative politician. You compared Senator Obama, an educated, articulate man to Britney Spears and Paris Hilton because of his popularity. When that ploy didn''t work you chose Gov Palin who is just as popular and about as articulate as Britney Spears and Paris Hilton as your running mate. I think that you forgot that America was watching.

- O.K. AMERICA, We4re all in agreement with the following facts:
1.) We have a grave financial crisis in this country.
2.) George Bush Messed-up as President by going to war in Irak on completely false data as corroborated by himself and the other George4s (head of the the CIA) departure and for BUSH running-up our debt tab by a whopping 40%!!!.
3.) It is the Republican Party who was on watch for eight whole years.
4.) McCain supported many of BUSH4S so-called reforms.
I WEWANT TO UNITED THE COUNTRY LET4S US TOSS UP A COIN AND THE WINNER BETWEN MCCAIN AN OBAMA GETS TO BEPESIDENT THE LOOSER GETS TO BE VICE PRESIDENT.
..ANYTHING, JUST AS LONG AS SARAH PALIN DOES NOT HAVE THE LEAST CHANCE TO MAKE IT THE WORST TIME IN U.S. HISTORY FOR THE COUNTRY OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

- ProphetFella:
I assume you are part of the Repbulican campaign. Therefore you are "pallin" around with a person who only switched to Republican Party to get elected mayor and move wherever. She is still probably secretly a member of AIP. John McCain is definitely losing his marbles. Have a nice day! - Reply to this comment
- LET''S LOOK AT SOME OF GOV. PALIN''S EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE
1) GUILTY OF ETHICS VIOLATION IN ALASKA by 10 Republicans and 4 Democrats. The Republicans called for the investigation and they had the majority to end it if they wanted but they didn''t.
2) SHE BLATANTLY LIED ON "THE BRIDGE TO NOWHERE". This raises serious questions of her character and her faith.
3) BELIEVES THAT PROXIMITY TO ANOTHER COUNTRY AUTOMATICALLY GIVES YOU INSIGHT AND EXPERIENCE INTO THEIR GOVERNMENT. Are you kidding me? Anyone who actually believes this should not be in any leadership position in our government especially if they are making decisions based on this concept. Especially if they''re going to be giving orders to General Petraeus, General Odierno, and our men and women fighting oversees. IT IS DELUSIONAL AND DANGEROUS.
4) INQUIRED "HYPOTHETICALLY" ABOUT BANNING BOOKS. She actually fired the Librarian over this but rescinded the termination after a public outcry.
5) AS MAYOR OF WASILLA, A TOWN OF ~7,000, STARTED WITH $1.2 MILLION DEBT AND LEFT IT WITH A DEBT OF $24.8 MILLION. This is an incredible per capita figure.
6) SHE CAN''T NAME A SUPREME COURT DECISION OTHER THAN ROE V WADE. This shows a complete lack of curiosity and knowledge about our government.
McCain failed in his first executive decision by choosing Palin to succeed him if something were to happen.
Even though I favor Obama, if Palin were a democrat and Obama had chosen her, I''d vote for McCain. - Reply to this comment
