The problem with Goldman Sachs is just the tip of the iceberg. If the Federal Government really has teeth, it should open criminal investigations to all the thousands of executives who are stealing millions of dollars in illegal bonuses and ridiculous salaries, just because the CEO is a friend or a relative. Meanwhile, tens of millions of American consumers are paying high interest rates, sky high insurance premiums, and obscene utility bills. How are we supposed to react when we see that CEOs of utility companies are making salaries of 100 millions dollars per year? It is difficult to understand why the American people and the Federal government allowed our country to be hijacked by a small group of greedy criminals.

It is really sad to see that people like Lloyd Blankfein are bleeding the country to death, and they are much more dangerous than all the NY crime families or thousands of Charles Manson. Charles Manson just killed a few people, but the greedy executives in America are causing the suicide of thousands of people and pushing millions more to suffer extreme poverty. There is a reason why countries like China execute people found guilty of crimes as the ones committed by the crooks of Goldman Sachs. Because it is in America, I know what it is going to happen next. An army of fancy lawyers will create an O. J. type show, will make millions of dollars, and at the end, Mr. Lloyd Blankfein will be declared an American patriot, a valuable asset to the nation.

I have nothing against capitalism. However, I do have a problem with un-regulated predatory American capitalism. It has led to legalized crime by the banksters, endless war for war profiteers and oil corporations and dumbing down of Americans by the corporate media propaganda.

In short we have an absolute fiasco on our hands and it will just get worse. Especially if we continue to defend it and the fascists.

I for one will not accept fascism (merging of state and corporate interests) in America. The end game of that will not be pretty. So we need to organize to stop it and educate our less fortunate (more ignorant) fellow citizens.

We are pretty far along toward fascism now with corporate CEOs making thousands of times the amount made by those who really create the wealth, the workers. We have corporate lobbyists bribing our politicians and rich, greedy big corporations financing our elections.

This greedy corporate moron must have gone to the Bushoccio Crime Family school of justice. Bushoccio promised that if anyone broke any laws (like lying, spying and torturing or outing secret agents) they would be fired.

I'm still waiting.

You know what you say is true. But the truth is the lenders encouraged and practically begged unqualified borrowers to take loans they knew they could not afford. Who is really at fault here? The mortgage loan officers are "supposed" to be the professionals. They certainly have to take the lion's share of the blame in this housing mess. If my dentist tells me I have a cavity in my tooth and I really need to get it filled am I not supposed to take his professional word? People, no doubt, thought somehow they could afford this.

These guys burned the housing market down to collect the insurance, "hedge funds". We need to know who sold the hedge funds and who collected on them. This was economic engineering. These guys done it on a national level and compromised the economic security of this Great nation. Charges of treason may be in order!

morgan stanley should be sitting right next to these guys. The country has been looted. The housing crisis was economic engineering. These guys created a condition to "hedge" a bet on knowing what the winning numbers would be. They knew which loans were bad and placed bets against them, "hedge funds". The more bad loans they made the bigger the pay off. They have looted state retirement funds. These guys shouldn't be leaving those chambers without a set of leg irons.

The man was lying! I watched him on CSPAN without an inkling of real concern for those Goldman Sachs robbed. Let him fire them, then, and step-down himself.
