She did a great job. There are several sections which are very low in pitch that she managed very well - very difficult parts. I am glad for her that she has found an outlet for her talent!

Susan Boyal is just wonderful! She proved that you can not judge a book by it's cover. May be her clothes are not up to date as some would say. But maybe it is all she has! Unless you have taken care of someone else for a long time you really have no tome for your self as the need of the person you are taking care of is much greater than your own needs. If there are people out there that feels Susan need a make over well maybe she does! She may not have the money for that either nor she may have not have been taught to put on make up or how to buy clothes that are in style. Who knows. But a person thinking she needs all of this self help and a make over needs to offer to pay for a day at the spa for her and beauty shop and also a shoping spree too. To me she seems like a wonderful person and anyone saying anything different about a person they do not even know are ignorant!

If people who watched this cannot see that it was a total setup then I give up on the American people. People are so shallow and conceited. The ONLY reason this is a story is because she isn't what society deems attractive. She's probably a much more beautiful person than many I've encountered.

Miss Boyle, you are truly amazing, and I hope you've realized this by now. You have inspired so many people in so many different ways! when you walked out on that stage for the first time, everybody laughed. You seriously kicked them in the butt when you started singing!!! I swear, if you don't already have a boyfriend, you'll get several soon! You are an idol to me, and i'm sure to thousands of other people! I don't sing, but I do play piano, and that was really absolutley awesome to watch! I love you for being such a role model, and please don't change anything about yourself (if you actually end up reading this ;D)

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. I have to admit that I have watched that vid at least a dozen times now. The reaction of the judges and audience really add to it.

I think she walked off the stage at first because she was just happy that she fulfilled her dream of performing in front of a large live audience. I don't think it will matter to her if she does more. I hope the media doesn't ruin her life now...

I also hope they don't make her over. Part of the charm is that she is just an everyday normal person.

That vid made my day. I don't even bother with Youtube or any of that nonsense, but I am very grateful I took the time to watch it.
