Let me see if I have this right. Someone took and distributed pictures of naked teenagers. Now the school board is punishing the girls for pictures from 3 years ago.

Or does the school board think they will stop all the nudity by punishing 2 young girls?

Quite frankly, if someone wishes to take naked pictures of themselves, who''s business is that?

Certainly not the school board''s.
