Most schools don''t allow celphones to be used during school. If the text messages were being passed during school hours then the people using there phones should have been punished. Just because they were being passed around the student body means nothing and is none of there business. The girls made a mistake but the school should have contacted the parents and let them deal with there children. The school needs to worry about TEACHING the kids and let the parents discipline there kids.

The pictures of these girls were probably passed around as a prank, especially since the girls are not the ones that passed them around. It appears that the pictures incident is years old. Why the heck is anyone even bringing the matter up now? The entire discussion can be nothing but damaging to the girls lives and school days. It should have just been left alone and the pictures would have gone away and no-one would have been hurt. I don''t know where they find dogooders to sit on school boards but they have found some real losers in this situation.

Let me see if I have this right. Someone took and distributed pictures of naked teenagers. Now the school board is punishing the girls for pictures from 3 years ago.
