Comments on: Obama "Can't Imagine" Using McCain Tactics
Tells The Early Show There's No "Equivalence" Between Strategies; Discusses Leaving Trail To Visit Ailing Grandmother
- This story is sickening. Barack "cocain" Blowbama doesn%u2019t have to use any sort of %u201Ctactics%u201D at all. He just sits back while his thugs (like CBS, CNN, MSNBC, NYT, SNL, David Letterman, and the guy in Pittsburg who recently cut up a McCain supporter, etc., etc.) do all his dirty work with the utter glee that would make Josef Goebbels blush. Is there a more desperate time in U.S. history that a gun-totting broad like Sarah Palin is needed for Vice President?

No what is sickening is your post.. The repub party continues to try to cleave the country in half. Like only Repubs are true americans, that Democrats are Un-American", that either you are with us or against us. That those of us who choose to ask more of our country and leaders are somewhat less than you. That if we dare not fall in line and bootstep our way to the polling booth are less than those who choose to continue to believe the lies of the Repubs. Many chose not to question the lies that Hitler fed them.. That we choose to educate ourselves. Now why don''t you? The dirtest smears fomenting religious and racial bigotry have come not from Mr. Obama but Mr. McCain, who I once respected. Not anymore.. That makes me sick. Sick to think that this great country BORN OF DISENT has come to this under the Repubs. - Reply to this comment
- Funny that the GOP mention socialism when the Red States are subsidized by the Blue liberal states.
Please go tell the GOP in the red states that since they are against all forms of welfare that they need to contact their representatives to make sure that their welfare is cut off from the blue liberal states.

WASHINGTON -- The federal government''''s system of taxing and spending works out well for people in states like New Mexico, Mississippi and West Virginia.
Not so well for those in Delaware, Minnesota and New Jersey.
New Mexico received $3.10 in federal spending for every tax dollar the state sent to Washington in 2005 -- more than any other state -- according to an Associated Press analysis of new federal data.
Delaware fared the worst, receiving just 42 cents for every tax dollar sent to Washington. It was followed closely by Minnesota, which got 46 cents, and New Jersey, 57 cents.
The analysis shows that wealthy states pay more than poor ones, blue states subsidize red states, and states with powerful politicians on key House and Senate committees fare well in federal spending.

I want someone to spread the wealth around.
Big CEO''''s , Big Oil, Big Business, Very rich people, should pay more tax than the average working person who makes 250K, or less.
If a CEO makes 5 million a year. And you make 100K or 60k, 40K etc., why should the guy making 5 million pay the same tax that you pay???
People who do not pay tax get nothing but people who do, get a tax break.
I don''''t care what you call it, I like it.

If there are so few and they were improperly compensated as you have said; why are you so intent on protecting them?

The GOP has no problem with re-distributing the wealth UPWARDS. They are just concerned about Reagan''s Welfare Mom in the Cadillac. That''s where all this goes back to. Period. The code words for what they really are trying to say. - Reply to this comment
- FromTexwLove,
If we move higher paid ************ jobs out of our country and replace them with lower paid service jobs, what do you think would happen?
It still doesn''''''''t change the fact that a CEO is getting 431 times the salary of an average worker today versus 42 times in 1982.
No FIRST WORLD SOCIETY ever remains on top when the gap between the richest and the poorest gets as wide as it has gotten over the last 30 years.
It is shameful!

So? A few CEO''''s made more money than they should''''ve. Is this the GOVERNMENT''''S FAULT? Is this cause to hate your government and republicans in particular?
How many CEO''''s that make that kind of money are there in the US, 50?
Are you so stupididly jealous of 50 people to blame the whole government?
