Spending $ 150.000 on Sarah Palin''s look while most Americans are gasping financially shows where the priorities of the GOP are. And to add insult to injury, McCain accused Obama of planning to "Spread the Wealth Around!" Isn''t this hypocritical?

McCain has been trying to win the election with personal gimmicks, not with a program that will appeal
to most Americans. First he started with Obama labeled as pal of past "terrorist" [a Vietnam War protester with a designer terrorist label from McCain''s campaign] professor William Eyers. Then came Joe the Plumber, a poor unlicensed plumber unable to pay his $1200 tax bill, but whose "wealth"
Obama was planning to spread around. Then McCain''s campaign grabbed the "sickle and hammer" logo of the Bolsheviks to accuse Obama as a crusader of "Socialism!"

None of the above gimmicks stuck on Obama. Will the American forget their economic woes and fears of the future to cast their votes for Sarah Palin''s fashion?

Then comes McCain''s big mouth, Rush Limbo, and blames blacks for planning to vote for Obama on the basis of his color. Why not? If McCain and his naive advisers had any brains, they could have cut heavily into Obama''s solid black electorate by selecting Beyonce as GOP Vice president! She is smarter, more beautiful - no need to have spent $ 150.000 for makeovers- and definitely better public performer than Sarah Palin. Nikos Retsos, retired professor

Well s-hitlips, I did read the article and at the end it says no such spending was indentified withing the democratic party which is complete BS because they all roll up in their SUV''s with their expensive outfits and hair.
